About Dustin Stockholm

Dustin was born in Susquehanna County, PA.  Growing up on a farm and as part of a greater rural farming community, much of the values and morals Dustin still holds today were learned by seeing the hard work and community partnership which is integral in the success of these operations.  It was also here where Dustin developed his love for the outdoors.  While he continues to visit this area and the family farm whenever possible, Dustin moved to Milford, PA in 1992, where he graduated from Delaware Valley High School and continues to reside today.  Family and community remain the most important aspect of Dustin’s life.  He and his wife Heather purchased a home in Pocono Woodland Lakes, which they share with their two dogs and two cats, and recently welcomed the birth of their daughter, Sadie, their pride and joy.

 Dustin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration.  The majority of his career has been spent negotiating the necessary agreements needed for land acquisition in the energy industry.  Dustin gained invaluable communication skills and learned how to navigate complicated paperwork, and to work together with landowners and attorneys to ensure a result all parties were in agreement with.  His later work as a Right of Way Agent in the public utility industry allowed him to refine these skills and gave him a deeper understanding of land encumbrances, and a high level of knowledge regarding the bundle of rights that come or go with buying or selling a home or property.  Dustin also spent some time helping with his brother’s construction business, where he would learn the intricate phases of home construction.  It is all of this experience Dustin brings with him to his career in real estate, allowing him the best understanding to be successful for his clients.

 In his free time, you can find Dustin dialing in his game on any one of the local golf courses, or fishing, boating or just relaxing with his family and dogs on the shores of one of the beautiful lakes both Pike and Wayne counties boast.  Dustin also enjoys chasing the illusive smallmouth bass on the Delaware River, or spending time with his mother, who he holds dear.
